My philosophy for a happy life

"Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”

– Ferris Bueller

There was one time that I felt bad about myself, feeling ashamed of my size. But after watching this TED talk, my shame of not having desirable appearance soon turned into the shame of not knowing how lucky I am. Sam Berns, a junior at high school, had the very rare premature-aging disease called progeria. However, the way he leading his life amazed all of us.  Now that incredible person just is not with us anymore. He died at the age of 17, the prime time of his life.

I just want to sum up his ideas in the talk so that every time I see my blog, this philosophy of life will remind me of what I really need to do to live my life to the fullest.

1.I’m okay with what I ultimately can’t do because there is so much I can do.

2. I surround myself with people I want to be with, people of high quality.

3. Just keep moving forward.

AND number 4, which I think it's the funniest, adding spice to your life

Never miss a party if you can help it!
